EweMove celebrates speedy sales

EweMove has been named as the agency with the shortest end-to-end time of its property sales, according to new research.
New research has named EweMove as the estate agency with the shortest sale times from new instruction to final completion, beating many other household names to the top spot.
Estate agency and property franchise EweMove commissioned research into the property industry, which was carried out by analysts Twenty EA and produced a few statistics which are bound to surprise many in the sector.
EweMove was found to have an average time from listing to completion of just 146 days in 2018, more than 20 days quicker than the sector average of 169 days. Its agents were also found to complete more sales than the national average, as EweMove’s completion statistics were an impressive 70 percent compared to the average of 57 percent, and the franchise’s agents netted an average of £2,200 more per sale than most agents.
Finally, the franchise also enjoyed impressive growth in its new listings. EweMove saw an incredible increase of just over 33 percent in 2018, compared to 30 percent for the closest unnamed competitor in second place.
