Ewe Move now has 122 franchises under its name.

EweMove, a hybrid estate agency, has added four more agencies to its franchise and its franchisees have bought 29 more areas. This growth takes the total sum of EweMove branches across the UK up to 122.

The company made the announcement as it celebrated its 5th birthday and the 1st year that Nick Neill has been managing director of the firm.

EweMove may only be five years old, but that hasn’t stopped it from growing at an unprecedented rate. This rapid growth reflects the momentous shift in the property industry from high street estate agents to online. EweMove combines the benefits of both, giving landlords and homeowners access to a flat-rate fee to list their properties and a professional to manage the process.

Neill explains how the franchise structure enables them to grow. “The brand was set up with the purpose of not only providing a new and customer-centric alternative for homeowners, buyers, landlords and tenants to access estate agency and lettings services, but supporting agents to become part of that commitment by helping them to build businesses of their own”.

The franchise network gives agents across the country the tools and expertise they need to deliver the best hybrid estate agency experience – one that is both hands on and cost-effective for the customer. The business model ensures that all the agents deliver consistently high levels of service.
