Esquire Coffee supports innovative new platform
Sophie Cole, writer
Esquire Coffee has become part of one of Europe’s biggest customer interaction management platforms, Critizr.
The forward-thinking coffee shop franchise was one of the first to use the solution offered by ServiceDock – an innovative Irish start-up that aims to help companies build strong connections with customers.
ServiceDock has just been acquired by Critizr, a giant in the customer interaction space. Now, the coffee shop franchise will have access to the Critizr Connection platform, as well as ServiceDock’s advanced instant messaging technology.
Esquires Coffee will be able to make the most of Critizr’s ‘omni-channel’ approach to customer relationships. Conversations between store teams and customers should now be easier to manage and the franchise will be able to continue to drive a culture of customer-obsession throughout the organisation.
Speaking on how this acquisition will help brands such as Esquires Coffee, Aurélien Dubot, Critizr’s VP of marketing said:
“Our mission has been to help many of the world’s leading retail brands create stronger, more meaningful and valuable relationships with their customers. The challenge for businesses today is how to keep pace with the rapidly changing array of digital channels people now use to talk to the brands they shop with, as well as the sheer volume of messages they have to manage.”
Dubot continued:
“At a time when our world is becoming increasingly message-centric and the customer journey ever more sophisticated, we’re thrilled to be teaming up with ServiceDock. Together we will drive a dynamic next wave of convenient, interactive and personable store conversations for our clients in the UK and globally.”
