ènergie Fitness seeks out new Scottish premises as it looks to more than double its locations in the country.
ènergie Fitness has been scouting out new locations for its Scottish expansion. The low-cost fitness clubs franchise is on a mission to have a bigger presence in the country and hopes to open as many franchises as possible by the end of the year.
Currently, there are six Scottish sites, but Managing Director of énergie Fitness Scotland, Matt Roberts, has ambitious plans to open 8 new clubs by the end of 2018. He commented: "We have four franchisees signed up so far this year," before adding that the company is continuing to look hard for the perfect franchisees. "We won't be offering this opportunity to just anybody, it is essential that we find the right people who share our vision, commitment and drive for betterment.”
Roberts explained that it’s so essential to find the right franchisees because énergie’s business model is based around excellent customer service. He added: “For the right person this is a great opportunity to create a successful high-demand business with huge potential."
The announcement follows the fitness franchise’s decision to appoint financial advisors to seek out continuing investment and growth capital from new shareholders. ènergie hopes that with an injection of cash, it can continue with ambitious expansion plans in other territories too.
Since it was established in 2003, énergie has become the largest and fastest growing affordable fitness franchise group in the UK. With over 100 clubs across the country and more than 135,000 satisfied members across the whole of Europe, énergie is taking over the fitness franchising world. This year is already shaping up to be fantastic with 26 new clubs scheduled to open in 2018 already.
