Eddie Rocket’s introduces Vegan treats

Eddie Rocket’s is the latest restaurant and fast-casual establishment to introduce a plant-based option to its menu.
American diners and burgers aren’t the first things that come to mind when thinking about where to eat as a vegan. But Eddie Rocket’s newest offering is a 100 percent plant-based burger, right down to the fluffy bun and tasty cheese, making it even easier to eat without meat.
Its brand-new summer menu will include the new ‘Beyond Burger’ as well as a range of sweet, fruity smoothies to accompany its diner-style menu.
The ‘Beyond Burger’ is a vegan beef-style patty that’s known for its similarity to the taste and texture of real beef. Topped with vegan ‘cheese’ and nestled between two vegan friendly buns, it’s a tasty choice for those who choose not to eat meat. It’s reported to taste just as good as the franchise’s delicious beef burgers and it’s hoped that vegetarians, vegans and those looking to eat less meat will enjoy the newest addition to the menu.
Eddie Rocket’s Managing Director, Adrian Crean, explained what motivated the burger franchise to introduce the new vegan option.
“We are introducing a great tasting vegan burger as we continue to provide relevant choices for our customers. They have told us they want to try something different and the Beyond Burger – which is already a massive international success – is the answer.”
If you’re not a fan of vegan food, Eddie Rocket’s is hosting an exciting promotion this summer that’s bound to appeal to everyone. It will be giving away 10,000 free smoothies this summer across its 49 locations. All customers need to do to bag their free drink is take a picture or selfie of them enjoying some delicious Eddie Rocket’s food. Visit a participating restaurant to pick up your free drink this summer.
