Dunkin’ Donuts launches ‘store of the future’

Dunkin’ Donuts has unveiled its latest franchise location as part of its brand-new ‘store of the future’ experience.
The doughnut franchise unit is based in College Station in Texas, and will open from 5am to 11pm every day after its launch today. Its design presents a reimagining of the classic Dunkin’ Donuts branding with atmospheric lighting, as well as a contactless drive-thru and free Wi-Fi.
One of the most notable aspects of the new branch is its high energy efficiency rating. Representatives at the franchise explained,
“The new Dunkin’ is a DD Green Achievement™ restaurant, which is designed to save 25 percent more energy compared to a standard Dunkin’ restaurant.”
Customers will be able to get their hands on all their favourite Dunkin’ Donuts beverages, from iced teas to nitro-infused cold brew coffee. The franchise has revealed its employees will also use espresso machines to create high-quality drinks for their customers.
The new franchise branch reveal comes after Dunkin’ Donuts released its latest collection of merchandise on its website, ShopDunkin.com on 17th November. The product range included a wide selection of clothing and homeware, including baseball caps, shirts, aprons and scrunchies ‒ all branded with the famous orange and pink brand colours.
Fans of the franchise could also buy personalised phone and laptop cases, mini fridges and even tandem bikes. Members of Dunkin’ Donuts’ reward scheme got early access to branded joggers and crewneck sweatshirts. However, as in previous years, stock is selling out quickly so you’ll have to be quick if you want to invest in exclusive Dunkin’ Donuts merchandise.
The franchise has almost 70 years of industry experience, as well as a network of more than 11,000 stores across 33 countries. Visit its Point Franchise profile page to learn more about investing in the business.
