Drain Doctor franchisee scoops award for the fifth time

Drain Doctor Walsall wins local award for the incredible fifth time in just nine years of business.

Drain Doctor’s Walsall franchise has scooped the title of ‘Drainage Business of the Year 2018’ for the fifth time. In just nine years of franchising, owner Richard Scandrett has picked up the prestigious award for more than half of the years he’s been in business, showing his commitment to making his plumbing franchise as successful as possible.

In an awards ceremony hosted by ‘The Best of Walsall’, which is a hub for local businesses and the community, Scandrett scooped the national award for best drainage business. The winners were selected based on customer reviews, with the judging board looking for the businesses with the highest number of satisfied customers. With over 100 positive reviews thrusting him into the top spot, the accolade was well deserved as customers were vocal about the excellent service provided by Scandrett’s Drain Doctor franchise.

Managing Director at The Best of Walsall, Alex Murray, extended congratulations to all of the winners including Drain Doctor’s champion.
