Countrywide Ground Maintenance’s brand group seeks out new opportunities for UK expansion and ways to strengthen the business.
The owner of the ground maintenance franchise has recently invested significantly in the refurbishment of its relocated corporate head office in Banbury, Oxfordshire. It’s also expanded and renovated its Manchester offices, after it welcomed two new brands to the group, including Countrywide, and over 100 new franchisees. New, cutting-edge computer technology was installed, allowing staff to continue their fantastic support work with franchisees and to keep things running smoothly.
Dwyer Group owns five franchise brands including Countrywide Ground Maintenance, Drain Doctor and Mr Electric. One of the UK’s largest grounds maintenance companies, it has over 45 locations that provide a professional, yet cost-effective service and Countrywide has an impressive list of satisfied blue-chip clients.
Dwyer Group is committing itself to investing in its UK presence, which is comprised of over 150 franchise locations across the country. It will invest in strengthening its infrastructure and ensuring that its people, including both dedicated staff and loyal customers in the community, feel the benefit too.
The industry leading group in all things home service has a strong presence in the UK already through brands such as Countrywide, so its renewed commitment is a welcome boost after the economic uncertainty caused by the Brexit vote.
Vice President of International Operations at the Dwyer Group, Jeff Meyers, expressed how pleased the group was to be growing its operations further in the UK. "Following the recent acquisition of The Dwyer Group UK by Harvest Partners, we are now in a position to strengthen and grow our franchising business here in the UK and the investment we have made to our offices and staff is testament to that. The relocation of our UK Head Office to Banbury is an exciting new progressive development for us and the geographical location was a critical factor for our rapidly expanding team of staff, franchisees and customers.”
He also explained how the new offices will allow staff to provide even better service to franchisees and could potentially allow for further expansion. This would mean that more jobs were created for the areas, adding another positive to the group’s expansion.
Countrywide Ground Maintenance provides ground maintenance services to clients across the UK, personalising them to best suit each location’s unique needs and ensure the grounds look fantastic all year round.
