Continued Success: Radfield Home Care expands its network in Harlow, Epping & Ware

Radfield Home Care has recently welcomed another new franchise partner into its ever-growing network; a franchise in Radfield’s Harlow, Epping & Ware territory.
From familial ties to franchise journey
Stepping into the role of the business owner and director is Ritesh Vyas.
Ritesh’s experience in care started from an early age, having had a close relationship with his grandparents and other elderly members of the extended family. As they got older and in need of care, he realised how crucial a quality support structure is for seniors, helping them live a full and vibrant life. These close familial ties opened his eyes to the reality of public elder care and its complications while he discovered that Britain was (and is) heading into a period with more seniors than ever before. Ritesh thought it could be better, and when he found Radfield, it resonated with him.
We reached out to Ritesh, and he gave us his version:
“I cared for them in many ways from helping in household chores, taking them on days out, and just being there and remaining active in their lives.”
Ritesh’s career, before his franchise journey, has mainly been in the financial services sector, which has given him a solid understanding of a structured approach from start to finish to achieve a common goal.
Speaking about his personal approach to business, Ritesh said:
“I have worked in high profile deliverables with people from lots of different backgrounds, which has positioned me well in understanding how to meet the needs of different people, and understanding that everyone is unique.”
Working with people
Ritesh loves working with people from all walks of life and is passionate about building an inclusive environment for everyone. A motivation that Radfield Home Care is actively on the lookout for in expanding its network. Radfield was founded on the principle that supporting their care teams with welcoming and inclusive working environments is the only way to provide quality care; as exceptional care can only come from exceptional people: care not just for seniors but the staff as well.
Ritesh’s inclusive approach will bring immense value to Radfield Home Care in Harlow, Epping & Ware. As he says:
“My inspiration has been my passion for working with people, and wanting to be an integral part of the community offering support to those that need it."
