Century 21 has introduced a new affiliate partner into its network of US franchisees.
The estate agent and property franchise has joined forces with mother and daughter duo Layla Boyles and RoseAnn Rosenfeld, who run their family-owned business Monroe Realty Centre. Now, they’ll be able to operate under internationally recognised branding, as Century 21 Realty Centre.
After Jeffrey, Layla’s father and RoseAnn’s husband, passed away four years ago, the pair were determined to continue the legacy he left by going above and beyond for customers. Layla explained:
“This is a crucial step in our growth strategy for us as a company and to provide the necessary resources to our family of agents. Our best option is to align with an organisation whose current focus is to perfect the way sales professionals interact with homebuyers and sellers, resulting in an extraordinary overall experience. This is a relevant strategy for today’s consumer-centric business world and will be for the foreseeable future.”
Layla and RoseAnn’s business is currently based in New York, but after partnering with Century 21, they’re keen to expand into new territories. RoseAnn said,
“Our plan is to grow this company by always elevating on behalf of homebuyers and sellers, and helping our team generate more sales by leveraging the Century 21 brand’s market relevance, world-class marketing, agent coaching and learning, and productivity platform.
“We take pride in the professional reputation we’ve built over the last 45 years as business owners in the community. I’m a Bronx girl at heart and after getting to know the C21 team, my instincts said, ‘This is it!’.”
The pair see significant potential for business expansion:
“The entire Lower Hudson Valley in New York State is growing, and we must grow with it. We feel the Century 21 brand and culture will provide the edge needed to stay ahead of the competition and exceed client expectations.”
