Century 21 is working with Future Homes Realty in New York, its latest affiliate partner.
The independent real estate brokerage, based in the Bronx, is proud to announce the new partnership. By choosing to become affiliated with estate agency and property franchise Century 21, the company will be able to benefit from fantastic business growth tools and support. The announcement comes after Younger Realty Group in Pennsylvania revealed it had become affiliated with Century 21 a few weeks ago.
Harold Maniram, who manages Future Homes Realty, is pleased his team of 55 agents will be able to make use of the franchise’s technology and productivity systems. He explained:
“We value and appreciate the people of the Bronx, and the trust our team has earned over the years and our affiliation with Century 21 will allow us to go to the next level as our agents deliver more personalised, extraordinary experiences.
“We look forward to working with the brand to perfect the home-buying and -selling experience and to becoming the first choice for real estate consumers throughout the Bronx, New York’s five boroughs and around the world.”
Before becoming affiliated with Century 21, Future Homes Realty was moving a buyer into a home every two days, a record it had held for almost two decades. Now, its affiliate partner’s President and CEO, Michael Miedler, hopes to boost the figure even higher and help grow the business. He said:
“As a brand, we fully understand that you cannot build a legacy of extraordinary quality service ratings by chance. It starts at the top with a leader like Harold whose mindset is to always elevate and to leverage innovative strategies that help his agents stay ahead of the competition and build long-term client relationships.”
