Century 21 has established a partnership with Kyle Seyboth, known as America’s top real estate agent.
The leading agent and his 12-strong ‘Seyboth Team’ have joined forces with Century 21 to offer a superior service to customers across the country. Kyle has previously achieved annual sales of over $140 million and more than 500 units.
The estate agent and property franchise Century 21 also works with impressive figures. RealSatisfied’s QSS scores show the franchise has a 97 percent satisfaction rating and 98 percent recommendation level. Kyle recognised the business’s dedication to customer satisfaction before becoming an affiliate:
"What sold me on the Century 21 brand is the senior management team, and the understanding and entrepreneurial mindset they have to this business, which starts at the top with Mike [Miedler. He’s all about having his team deliver the best technology, learning and marketing programs to my affiliated agents so they in turn can go above and beyond in helping their clients achieve the best outcomes possible."
Kyle will use his expertise in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts real estate, as well as his own experiences surrounding investment. The high-performing agent is also keen to take advantage of the latest technologies and market research to make sure he provides the best possible service to his customers.
Century 21’s President and CEO, Michael Miedler, expressed his pride in the affiliation:
"Real estate is a relationship business and our brand is only as successful as our people. Attracting an industry leader like Kyle and his team affirms that our push to always elevate and give 121 percent to our valued Century broker franchise network and affiliated agents is working."
