Century 21 opens its doors in Ipswich

Century 21 celebrates the opening of its Ipswich branch, the 7th branch to open in 2018 alone.

Estate agent franchise Century 21 continues its fantastic run in 2018 by celebrating the opening of a brand-new location in Ipswich. At the head of things will be Matt Purnell and Steve Catton who are excited to be taking on this new challenge.

Matt’s experience as a mortgage broker, who worked with a national company for 10 years, sets him on a quest to run his own business. He set up his own mortgage brokerage and property development company two years ago and after learning about Century 21’s franchise opportunities, he decided to offer the complete package to his customers by becoming a member of the estate agency organisation.

Matt’s decision to become a Century 21 franchisee was influenced by the support he’d receive from the globally renowned brand, while still having plenty of freedom to run his own office. His business has now been able to diversify into offering its customers access to the area’s newest sales, lettings and property auctions. It will continue to use Matt’s expertise as a mortgage broker and property developer to advise customers at every stage of their property journey, as well as his links to Century 21’s parent company SDL Group.
