Century 21 New Zealand has announced its most successful franchisees from the final quarter of 2019.
The estate agent and property franchise rewarded the franchisees who achieved the highest numbers of sales. It gave its most prestigious ‘diamond’ award to Jeh Wasti (First Choice Realty, Wellington), while Gaile Para (Gadsby Realty) won the gold award.
Derryn Mayne, who runs Century 21’s New Zealand network, praised Para’s branch’s performance:
“Te Awamutu goes from strength to strength, with the office wonderfully rebranded and the new franchise ownership working out well. Those guys are buzzing.”
The franchise also dished out a variety of silver sales awards to franchisees across the country. Winners included Eli Gadsby, and Iresh Tennakoon and Kevin Ratnayake. Century 21 also praised Christine Stevens, Andrew Pugh, Alen Moshi and Ivan Rakich.
Slightly further down the league table, several franchisees were given bronze prizes. Gary Matthews, Gary Bal and Barbara Craig picked up awards. And Tim Kearins, Barnie Cornaga and Joseph Lupi were also among the winners.
As well as individual franchisees, Century 21 New Zealand also celebrated the achievements of the highest performing franchise unit as a whole. Central Wellington First Choice Realty won the Top Office award for the last quarter of 2019.
Mayne has revealed the franchise is looking to the future and hoping to recruit new investors to further develop the franchise:
“Our salespeople, principals and offices from the small towns to the larger centres finished 2019 strongly, and summer has since been busy. This year, Century 21 is on a dedicated recruitment drive with some new franchises in different parts of New Zealand to be announced in the coming months.”
