Century 21 is experiencing a period of rapid growth in Australia and New Zealand.
The estate agency franchise has seen particular success in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and New Zealand. Behind the expansion plan is the business’s Australia CEO James Bell, who says there are even more new offices in the pipeline.
He explained, “We have seen a lot of interest from industry professionals looking to run their own agency, and the full-service C21 offering has resonated with them.”
Patrick Emini is one of the business owners nurturing growth. He first joined Century 21 in 2013, but recently opened a second office in Narre Warren, Melbourne. CJ Setlhong is another existing franchisee to open a second office, launching a unit in Kapunda, South Australia.
Existing South Australian principal CJ Setlhong is also building on his current success, recently opening a second agency in Kapunda.
Stavros Davelis is new to Century 21, but has a decade of experience in residential and commercial sales and leasing. His unit will cover the Blacktown area of Greater Western Sydney.
Stavros said, “Century 21 is such an iconic brand that all Australians know and love. Combining that with my industry experience and knowledge of the local area will really set us apart from our competition.”
Nearby, in Sydney’s Central Business District, Martin Liszewski will bring his finance and project marketing experience to his Century 21 business.
He commented, “Our team of professionals with diverse backgrounds will enable us to deliver tailored solutions with an end-to-end process supported by technology and a relationship-based framework.”
Century 21 can support existing business owners or budding entrepreneurs to develop highly profitable franchise units. Find out more about joining the network on its profile page, linked above.
