Century 21 has announced the winner of its 2020 Quality Service award.
Every year, the franchise celebrates one of its estate agents for their hard work over the past 12 months. This time, sales affiliate Hannah Moore-Cromartie from Century 21 Campbell & Company in Camden, Arkansas impressed the judges. She took home the 2020 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award.
Michael Miedler, President and Chief Executive Officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC said,
“The Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award is an integral part of our brand’s commitment to excellence and recognises Hannah Moore-Cromartie’s dedication to making each and every client interaction a positive one.”
Tammy George, who owns the business unit where Hannah works, added,
“Hannah Moore-Cromartie provides clients with knowledge and advice related to their real estate transaction and offers them confidence during what may be the most significant purchase of a lifetime.”
Century 21 uncovers its winners by scouring results from its Quality Service Survey (QSS), which the franchise emails to its customers immediately after they buy or sell a home. Estate agents are only eligible for the Quality Service award if they receive a completed survey for at least half of their customer transactions between 1st January and 31st December. Plus, they must get an average survey score of 95 percent or higher for two years running.
Hannah’s surveys revealed impressive levels of customer satisfaction, so she’ll now get her very own customised glass trophy, as well as recognition at Century 21’s global conference.
