Century 21 branches out

Century 21 finished the year on a high note with the opening of three new offices and will continue its expansion in the new year.

Estate agency and property franchise Century 21 looks to set to start the decade with plenty of momentum, as three new locations will be opening over the first few weeks of 2020. It finished 2019 in style by celebrating the opening of three new locations in Hackney, London, Leicester and Cobham and Esher, Surrey. The first two are completely new premises, while the third has been converted from an existing estate agency business into a shiny new Century 21 location.

Previously trading as Jezzards, the acquisition of the Surrey site by franchisee Dylan Mollison-Coulsen is the largest that’s ever happened in Century 21’s network. Vikram Selvarajan will be running the Hackney site, which will showcase some of the most exciting properties in central London, while brothers Jason and Anthony Barana will operate their Leicester location as a team.

Three new locations will soon be opening across London, in Hammersmith, Ealing and Heathrow, and it’s hoped that the franchise will be able to capitalise on this momentum and continue to expand across 2020 and beyond.
