Centenary Lounge rolls out support to franchisees

The franchise has invited interested franchisees to join the network and bring an elegant, Art Deco-inspired cafe to a new location.
Centenary Lounge prides itself on the provision of affordable, accessible luxury, inspired by the 1930s and glamorous railway cafes of the time. The coffee shop franchise’s locations are memorable and beautiful, the perfect place for people to enjoy a casual coffee and croissant, a fabulous brunch, a stylish afternoon tea or a few delicious cocktails.
Each Centenary Lounge venue has a fantastic and dynamic online presence, offering multiple revenue streams to potential franchisees either through delivery or in-store collection. On top of this, there are also gift experiences, vouchers, subscriptions and hampers available for purchase, including the franchise’s original range of replica Great Western Railway branded giftware.
From Birmingham to Worcester, Centenary Lounge locations have been described as charming and relaxing. As a franchisee with this growing company, you could share the same experience with customers in your local area. When sourcing a location for your unit, you’ll be supported by Centenary Lounge every step of the way. The franchisor team uses an in-depth analysis process when sourcing locations, enabling them to offer advice, provide bespoke solutions, and arrange hybrid situations where appropriate.
If you feel Centenary Lounge would be a good fit, there are three different concepts available, all at different levels of investment: The First-Class Lounge, the Express Lounge and the Station Kiosk. To become a franchisee with Centenary Lounge, you’ll need to make a minimum initial investment of £75,000, with £15,000 in franchise fees and a total investment cost of £150,000.
In return for your investment, you’ll be entitled to training, mentoring, operational support, site search and fit-out support, project funding and marketing guidance. Find out more about investing with Centenary Lounge via its profile page, which is linked above.
