Nicholas Humphreys Sheffield started trading in August 2017. We catch up to see how they are doing.
Since it opened its doors in August last year, Nicholas Humphreys Sheffield has enjoyed great success. We spoke to the owner, Nicholas Lambrou to find out how his first few months of being a business owner have been.
Speaking openly, we talked in depth about this vision for his estate agency. He made it clear that customer service was his main focus and that he wanted to be an agent that tenants and landlords can trust. In his own words, he wants it to be, “the trusted estate agency in Sheffield, most customer focussed and be the agency that delivers results to landlords and helps tenants find their new homes”.
His personal goals are very much aligned to this professional vision. Lambrou explained how he wants to enjoy work every day. Job satisfaction is key for Lambrou and this is what prompted him to choose this line of work. He said, “I want to continue enjoying the work that I do and jump out of bed every morning without an alarm clock”. He went on to describe how he wants to work hard for his family, but also have the opportunity to give back to the community.
With a background in financial services, Lambrou was perfectly placed to run his own business and earn an income through an estate agency firm. In fact, he earned £6,166.39 in his first two months trading.
Lambrou owes part of his success to the support of the franchise network. He says, “I chose Nicholas Humphreys over other franchisors because the franchisee fee is reinvented in me and my business with a strong support network for now and into the future”. He went to offer advice for other franchisees thinking of choosing Nicholas Humphreys, “be proud of the Nicholas Humphreys brand and believe that you and your business can make a real difference.”
Nicholas Humphreys is the leading estate agency that specialises in student property lettings. It has 28 offices around the UK, based in university towns and cities.
