Restaurant franchise Café Rogue has opened up again under the ownership of The Big Table.
Café Rouge is a restaurant franchise and the only established French casual dining brand established nationwide in the UK. It was proud to reopen its doors in Windsor, but now under the ownership of new company The Big Table. The same operator also acquired the Bella Italia and Las Iguanas brands.
Jacqueline Fletcher, Head of Marketing at Café Rouge commented:
“For over 30 years, Café Rouge has been an iconic part of the British high street and a much-loved restaurant by all.
"Although recent months have been the toughest our industry has ever faced, we’re delighted to be reopening our doors in Windsor and very much look forward to welcoming back our customers, whether dining in or popping by for a cocktail or two.”
Like many other restaurant businesses across the UK and around the world, it has implemented stringent protocols to stop the spread of the coronavirus and keep customers healthy.
“Whilst we promise the restaurant will be that which our customers know and love, we are taking extensive precautions and have introduced new procedures in line with government guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable Rouge experience for everyone.”
When Café Rogue shut down in the Royal Station Parade, it was sad news to many of the locals. So its reopening was received brilliantly by both residents and surrounding businesses.
Café Rouge is currently looking to expand its UK franchise network with Point Franchise. To find out more about the investment cost, training and support provided and the ideal franchisee, check out its client page.
