In partnership with Seeds Consulting, the food franchise set out an ambitious roll-out plan, which began in late March.

With the help of specialist business developer Seeds Consulting, Bubblewrap has started an exciting process of expansion. When the waffle franchise first launched in 2017, it was an instant viral hit, appearing in widely viewed and shared Facebook videos created by Time Out and Buzzfeed, amounting to a total of 33 million views, 211,000 shares and 188,000 likes. In fact, Time Out London’s Bubblewrap video was its highest performing Facebook video ever.

Since its creation, Bubblewrap has continued along a path of rapid growth, and now operates stores in Soho Wardour Street and Covent Garden Market. It’s a perfect franchising opportunity for waffle-loving investors.

In the words of Tony Fang, the founder of Bubblewrap, “We see a huge opportunity with other key landlords in shopping centres, high streets and leisure locations as they can benefit greatly from a unique and footfall-driving concept like Bubblewrap. We are committed to helping our franchisees operate in the best sites available using our location expertise and property contacts.”

Of the partnership between Bubblewrap and Seeds Consulting, Matteo Frigeri, the Director of Seeds Consulting, said,

“We are excited at the prospect of rolling out Bubblewrap in the UK and internationally. The franchise market is craving a dessert concept that is both so social media friendly and scalable. What we have is labour-intensive concepts trading with a wide menu from large and thus expensive locations. Bubblewrap’s high-revenue, low capex [Capital Expenditure] model offers the concrete opportunity to have much faster return on the investment.”

If you’d like to become a Bubblewrap franchisee, you’ll need to make a minimum investment of £36,000. For more information about the franchise, please head to its profile page, which you’ll find linked above.
