Blossom Home Care successfully delivers impeccable levels of care over the festive period

Blossom Home Care didn’t use the holidays as an opportunity to relax while the UK home care sector was in high demand. With Christmas and New Year celebrations running high in many families, there was a challenging requirement to care for the elderly. Fortunately, the network of franchises consisting of over 250 employees worked hard to meet the needs with over 15,000 visits.
From 17 December 2022 to 7 January 2023, Blossom Home Care franchises delivered a perfect service. The businesses met every appointment with success, making sure the elderly had companions while tending to daily services. Managing to contribute so many home care visits in such a short period is a monumental achievement.
Co-founder John Leggott mentioned the following while presenting the figures:
“This is evidence Blossom boasts the robust systems needed to track and enable managers to deploy staff appropriately. It also shows how we effectively train our franchisees on how to manage their teams to deliver premium, personalised care the way it should be – with complete reliability and trustworthiness as standard.”
It just goes to show that Blossom Home Care isn’t afraid to accept and tackle any challenges. However, the company is aware that it will need to do more to meet the rising demands in 2023 and beyond. It’s calling on any new franchisees who would like to be part of a thriving network, with scalability and flexibility being key themes.
You’ll receive the same training and support that led to the above success in meeting high home care demands. The time is right to start a new venture while contributing to the elderly community.
