Wok to Walk, the leading noodle chain franchise has opened its first eatery in Birmingham.
The custom-made eat-as-you-go healthy fast food chain Wok to Walk prepares to open the doors to its first outlet in Birmingham. Horton’s Estate has agreed to a ten-year lease with the noodle chain franchise for a 770 sq ft unit on 109 New Street that was previously occupied by mobile telephone operator EE.
The Wok to Walk restaurant in Birmingham is the tenth Starboard Dining operated franchise in the UK. Starboard Dining which is part of the Starboard Group, plans to open the Birmingham Wok to Walk eatery in March 2018.
The group’s landlord, Steven Tommy of Horton’s Estate said: "109 New Street occupies a prominent position in the heart of Birmingham’s retail and leisure district and just a stone’s throw from New Street station.
"This area of city is enjoying a new lease of life thanks to the number of new bars, restaurants and shops.
"Wok to Walk offers something a little bit different and will be a great addition to the fast food mix."
Wok to Walk’s first restaurant opened its doors in Amsterdam back in 2004 and is now one of the leading noodle chain franchise group’s with over 70 outlets around the world.
