Baskin-Robbins debuts its August flavours

Baskin-Robbins has announced the three brand-new flavours that customers will be able to pick up throughout the month of August.
Lovers of the cookies and cream treat will be thrilled to hear that ice cream franchise Baskin-Robbins is launching a tempting Oreo-infused flavour in all of its US stores. The irresistible Oreo Mudslide features a rich, chocolatey base, chunks of the cookie and fudge ribbon swirls throughout, and it’s bound to be a popular choice amongst Baskin-Robbins customers.
The brand-new flavour is bound to be delicious on its own, but Baskin-Robbins recommends that lovers of coffee add it to its Cappuccino Blast, which blends espresso ice cream with the new flavour before topping with cream, chocolate sauce drizzle and Oreo pieces.
Baskin-Robbins also hosted a non-dairy tasting day on August 4th, where its customers could try out its two vegan-friendly flavours. The two new flavours, Non-Dairy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Non-Dairy Chocolate Extreme, are gluten-free too, making them the perfect treat for people with food intolerances, allergies or dietary preferences.
The ‘ND’ cookie dough flavour is packed with sweet cookie dough pieces and chocolate chips, and has a rich chocolate fudge ribbon running throughout. The ‘ND’ Chocolate Extreme is a chocoholic’s dream, as the rich chocolatey base is packed with chocolate chips and has the same irresistible chocolate fudge ribbon. The flavours are the result of two years of hard work from the ice cream franchise, as it’s worked to make the tricky free-from flavours just as good as its traditional offerings.
Throughout the month, Baskin-Robbins will be encouraging its customers to donate to the Baskin-Robbins Joy in Childhood Foundation, which raises money for a wide range of causes that help children across the US. VP of Marketing, Carol Austin, said:
“This month, we hope that guests not only enjoy our decadently delicious Oreo Mudslide flavour of the month, but also help us make a difference in their local community.”
