Aspray welcomes new franchise recruitment manager

Aspray has welcomed experienced franchise professional, Rebecca Dean, to head up its franchisee recruitment efforts.

Aspray has announced that it has a new head of franchise recruitment, Rebecca Dean. The experienced manager has gained lots of knowledge previously working in the world of franchising and hopes to utilise this in her new role.

Over the course of her career, Rebecca has spent time working with Snap-On, the tool franchise. She has also spent more than a decade working for 02, overseeing more than 200 stores across its UK network. Her role with Aspray will be to locate new faces to join the franchise.

She will be particularly focusing on finding individuals and corporate franchisees which have an interest and background in property and project management, as well as the right personality to support their clients through the stressful time of making a property claim. Rebecca revealed that she was thrilled to be starting her new role and explained how she hopes to help the management franchise continue to grow in the right way.

“There is so much potential for Aspray, given its existing strengths as a franchise network, its highly beneficial service and its solutions-driven, can-do approach. My aim will be to recruit the right franchisees for the role, whilst also helping to increase not just brand awareness for Aspray, but also general awareness of property claims management and the consumer’s right to appoint their own loss assessor, if they are a property insurance policyholder.”

Aspray was founded back in 2005 by James Whittle, who saw a gap in the market for a franchise specialising in property insurance claims. Franchisees become the middleman between the insurer and the claimant and help to resolve stressful property claims all across the country.
