Aspray London East recently restored a property in Whitechapel, London, following damage caused by latent ingress.
Aspray is a property repair and insurance claims management franchise which helps clients across the UK to manage damage claims. With over 50 UK locations opened since the business was founded in 2005, the management franchise only continues to grow. Recently, Aspray celebrated some work completed by Aspray London East, restoring a property on a historical block in Whitechapel.
According to Aspray, “Latent ingress caused significant damage to four flats and the communal area. Luckily, our representatives in East London were able to get on site quickly to locate the leak and begin the cleansing and drying process. The property was fully restored to its pre-loss condition, much to the delight of the policyholder. Great job Aspray London East.”
Aspray was created by current Managing Director, James Whittle. With extensive franchising experience under his belt and a continued dedication to supporting his franchisees, James is more than capable of meeting the needs of all new investors. If you’re interested in joining a network in which you’d be fully trained and supported, you can become an Aspray franchisee for a minimum initial investment of £15,000, with franchise fees of £28,000 and a total investment cost of £43,000.
At Aspray, the success of a franchisee is the success of the whole company, and “the support never ends”, all the way from ten days of comprehensive induction training to development opportunities years down the line. In your second year of trading, for example, you’ll complete the BDMA qualification. Thanks to the strong training provided, you don’t need experience in the industry to thrive at Aspray. You will, however, need to be a hard-working people person with an interest in property restoration and excellent project management skills. If that sounds like you, find out more about Aspray via its profile page, linked above.
