Anytime Fitness opens in Jackson

Anytime Fitness helps Jackson become a healthier place.

Jackson in Ohio has welcomed a new gym to its neighbourhood. Anytime Fitness has just opened its doors, helping the community to get fit and healthy using its range of equipment.

This new gym is owned by David Sabo and Jeff Swinford. Sabo explains why they chose this new venture, “Jackson is an underserved community with a population that can sustain our business model. We thought that we could have a really big impact on the county as a whole.”

The gym is open 24/7, so customers can fit working out around their own schedules, simply using a key fob to access the facilities. With convenient parking and showers on site, customers can workout before or after work.

Anytime Fitness Area Manager, Caitlyn Kennedy, explains why this set up is so beneficial for customers. She says, “one schedule isn’t going to work for someone else, so when you are open 24/7 you are able to come in and get your workout in whenever you want”.

That’s not all, members can use Anytime Fitness gyms around the world, making it convenient for people who are often away from home.

Anytime Fitness believes that happy people are the healthiest people, and it is excited about helping the Jackson community to get fit and get happy. Kennedy continues, “everybody is given the same 24 hours in a day; it’s what you do with those hours in the day that counts. We are giving you that option of having a healthier lifestyle in this community, and we are going to give you all the tools needed for that”.

The gyms are fitted out with a wide range of equipment to suit different workout plans. From cardio equipment to strength tools, free weights and a training area, members can create workouts that engage certain muscle groups and help them achieve their fitness goals. There are also a number of classes and personal trainers who can help members establish regimes that work for them.
