Residents of Kamloops in British Columbia can look forward to free workouts throughout May, hosted by Anytime Fitness.
As part of its mission to raise the profile of exercise in everyone’s estimations, Anytime Fitness has decided to hold free workouts throughout May. These workouts will be for local residents of Kamloops in British Columbia, Canada.
Held at Riverside Park, residents can enjoy getting their blood pumping and heart racing each weekend with sessions from 10am until 12am every Saturday. The workouts will alter each week to keep the event interesting, and participants can also look forward to free yoga sessions on top of the workout. There will also be some uplifting music, free nutritional food samples and prize giveaways. The open event welcomes people of all abilities to join in, and people can simply turn up – there is no need to register for each session.
Anytime Fitness is partnering with Kamloops Food Bank to host the month-long event. It is encouraging people to make cash or food donations to the charity when they attend each of the sessions.
