AireServ’s parent company, Dwyer Group, has pledged to strengthen its presence in UK by investing despite Brexit uncertainty.

Dwyer Group, who is the parent company of franchises including AireServ (emergency heating, cooling and refrigeration service providers) is committing to the UK.

Dwyer Group, which is one of the world’s largest parent companies of home service brands, has said that it will invest in its infrastructure and people in its Banbury and Manchester offices and grow its presence in the UK. This is great news for the country at a time when many brands look set to move their head offices out of the country, following the uncertainty of Brexit.

AireServ’s parent company recently relocated its corporate head office to Banbury, Oxfordshire, so that it was more centrally located to serve its network of over 150 franchise locations. Its Manchester office was also expanded, following the group’s acquisition of two new brands and more than 100 new franchisees. Both offices were also renovated with state-of-the-art technology, to ensure staff can continue to help franchisees as efficiently as possible.

Jeff Meyers, Vice President of International Operations at the Dwyer Group, explained why this was a fantastic time for further growth. "Following the recent acquisition of The Dwyer Group UK by Harvest Partners, we are now in a position to strengthen and grow our franchising business here in the UK and the investment we have made to our offices and staff is testament to that. The relocation of our UK Head Office to Banbury is an exciting new progressive development for us and the geographical location was a critical factor for our rapidly expanding team of staff, franchisees and customers.”

He added that its brands including AireServ will benefit from the new offices, as it will enable staff to provide “even higher levels of customer service excellence for our franchise business owners” and give the group room for possible expansion and creation of more jobs.

AireServ provides a 24-hour emergency service for heating and cooling systems and prides itself on encouraging technicians to care for each customer’s home as if it were their own.
