Behind every successful business, there is a successful business person. And the person behind Jackson Fire and Security is founder and managing director, Steve Jackson. Based in Mold, Jackson started his company 26 years ago after having gained solid sales experience in various sectors. It was an itch for change that led him to discover there was a high demand for fire extinguishers installation and servicing. So, he decided to launch his own business that has since rapidly throughout the UK, with branches in North Wales & Cheshire. Jackson has been able to rapidly expand his business through his franchise network, and now has 8 regional branches with a further 80 unchartered territories yet to explore and very much available for new business. He takes pride in his company’s perfect record in response time for emergency calls out and for excellent customer service including pre-planned maintenance services.
Today, Jackson’s role involves running the day to day operations of Jackson Fire & Security, attending networking events, client meetings, appointing managers in the company’s customer service departments as well as for accounting, marketing and franchising departments. He oversees the franchising recruitment zealously making key decisions that positively influence the franchise network.

This is a management franchise. Part of your role will be to recruit and manage a team of qualified fire and security engineers. You will also be responsible for developing commercial relationships and new business in your territory. No previous industry experience is required, you just need to have a strong sales background and the drive to grow a client base of repeat business service contracts. Full technical, marketing and accounting support is provided by the Franchisor.
