Training and support
Our Training and SupportSignarama has created and developed a training programme that will guide new franchisees in starting their own branch. This training will last up for weeks, depending on the capability and adaptability of the franchisee, will be conducted at our head office and will include topics such as business development, materials and suppliers, local marketing, daily operations, pricing, HR and employment issues, health & safety, accounts and IT. Ongoing training and support will also be available to properly guide you in times needed. We will also help you in the launch of the branch and in advertising your location in both local and national markets. For ongoing support, we encourage franchisees to pay their management service fees regularly. This is used to cover not just support but also licensing and brand use.
