SportsCool is building on its training programme and support system to help new recruits find their feet.
As part of the initiative, SportsCool is in the process of developing educational videos with the aim of bolstering its existing support strategies. The new content will provide more insight and information on a wide range of different topics, from sales and recruitment to staff HR and franchisee development.
With the new videos available, the sports franchise is looking forward to delivering a more effective induction programme and ongoing support system for its franchisees across the UK.
To complement the company’s greater focus on franchisee support resources, one of the franchisors is also preparing to gain an official qualification. Matt Parker, who owns the franchise, alongside Andy Preston and Lee Lysons, is working towards an advanced diploma in mentoring and coaching.
By gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with franchise support, Matt will be able to take steps to strengthen SportsCool’s franchise network.
Now, each franchisee to join the company is given a dedicated Director Mentor, who can support them throughout their franchise journey. Once they’ve completed their training and launched their local business unit, they’ll be able to rely on the high-quality, ongoing guidance of an experienced professional as they develop their operations.
Are you interested in becoming a SportsCool franchisee and running your own children’s classes? By investing in the franchise, you can benefit from its new and improved induction programme, and launch a successful business with the support of industry experts.
