Radfield Home Care develops educational forums to help its franchise network.
Radfield Home Care is one of the leading family-owned healthcare companies in the UK. It’s recently launched a new series of educational forums that help Radfield Home Care employees provide the best possible care by driving cultural, compliance and operational change in how it is delivered in local communities.
Thanks to the educational forums, local Radfield care managers and office teams across the franchise network can incorporate the latest care management practices, deliver the highest standard of care and keep on top of the latest developments in the industry.
The first of the forums was hosted by the National Office Support Team. Future events will occur every six months.
Jess Jenkinson, Radfield’s Governance and Operations Manager said:
“With this in mind, it is really important we support these key employees to understand Radfield’s value and ethos, as well as all of the key metrics to help them maintain sustainable and high-quality operations and care delivery. Without office teams sustaining this framework, it is very difficult for our franchise partners to focus on developing and growing their business – the two really do go hand-in-hand.”
Radfield is only just getting started too. This new event is the start of a larger initiative to launch more valuable networking and educational events for franchise partners.
Jenkinson continued: “We strongly believe that giving people a voice and sharing best practice is what makes any organisation stronger, so developing a constructive annual events calendar and networking tools are at the heart of our future plans.”
