EweMove Estate Agents Using Their Franchise as a Force for Change

EweMove Stafford is making supportive moves in the real estate industry, showing how much they care about communities. The owners of the franchise, Mike and Rachel Bailey, have become strong supporters of House of Bread, a charity that provides food to the homeless and those in need. With this new collaboration, both businesses have been able to have a positive impact on their locations.
The way that EweMove Stafford is providing support is innovative and creative. Any unwanted furnishings from properties are donated to those in need, such as crisis shelters or any temporary homes. These items also include many that we usually take for granted, such as cutlery, bedding, and crockery.
Rachel Bailey, co-owner of EweMove Stafford, had the following to share:
“When we initially launched in 2021, we sat down and asked ourselves what do we want our business to look like? We didn’t want to be a run-of-the-mill agent known only for sales and lettings – we wanted to make a real impact on the community and to use our business as a force for good. We sat down with Will from House of Bread and their values seemed to really align with ours and EweMove’s as a whole. As a network, going the extra mile is imperative to lots of EweMove franchisees, so providing disadvantaged people with a safe place was the ideal opportunity to state our intent. And as an estate agency franchise that puts its communities first, we’re firm supporters and drivers of the charity’s mission.”
With such a commitment to developing strong relationships and uplifting struggling communities, EweMove Stafford franchisees have an opportunity to make a real difference in their areas. If you also want to help those in need with a new business, it’s time to consider this real estate agency business model!
