Boots Opticians will be part of parent company Boots’ latest opening, which is on the same road as its first ever branch.
Boots Opticians’ parent company, Boots, has been celebrating the opening of its brand-new Knightsbridge branch, which sits on the same road as its first ever store. Nearly 90 years since Boots’ first Knightsbridge branch opened its doors to beauty lovers across London, the company decided to return to its roots. After an extensive relocation and renovation project, the spacious store has been hailed as the future of the company.
As well as picking up all of their medical and beauty needs, shoppers will be able to visit a state-of-the-art Boots Opticians, which will be housed within the new store. It will offer customers a large range of glasses styles, including top brands such as Ray-Ban, Gucci, Radley, Ted Baker and Burberry alongside the stylish yet more affordable Boots range. The newest branch of the franchise will also have plenty of choices of prescription sunglasses, so its customers can look stylish even in the sun.
Thanks to its location in West London’s trendy Knightsbridge, shoppers will be able to pop in for their eye test while they’re having a day of retail therapy. Boots Opticians’ extensive testing process, which includes checks for conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes and macular degeneration, ensures that patients’ eyes are well looked after and that everything is done to preserve their sight. The new Knightsbridge location adds to the 630 Boots Opticians locations across the country, making it one of the largest and best-established optician franchises in the UK.
Valender Ubhi, area manager for parent brand Boots, added:
“We’re really excited for the opening of our innovative new store and can’t wait for our customers and patients to explore our new products and access an even wider range of healthcare services.”
