At Smart Raspberry, we think it’s vital to teach children how to cook nutritious food for themselves and others and send them into the world equipped with basic kitchen skills and nutritional knowledge. You’ll run friendly and fun classes for small groups of children and young people, encouraging each individual to develop a love of cooking and great, healthy food.
You’ll be able to generate multiple income streams by holding after-school clubs, school holiday workshops, Duke of Edinburgh Award courses and children’s parties. And, with the backing of our well-established and respected brand name, you’ll be able to quickly grow your business into a profitable enterprise providing a fantastic, worthwhile service.

Training and support
All new Smart Raspberry franchisees will go through our Induction Training Programme, which consists of an intensive one-day business training course and two days of practical training. We’ll then follow this up with on-going support and advice, including helping you create your business plan and observing you after your launch to offer practical evaluation and advice.
We’ll check in with you once you’re open for business, helping you set weekly goals and talking through any issues during regular review calls. You’ll also be able to call or email our Head Office team for advice at any time or access our online franchisee forum to connect with other Smart Raspberry members.
We’ll also provide you with all the equipment you need, including children’s aprons, branded clothing for teachers, branded templates for your letterheads and other correspondence and a recommended supplier list. You’ll also have access to plenty of class materials, including recipes and time plans for schools, parties and holiday workshops.
