For eleven consecutive years, Iceland was named one of the “Best Big Companies To Work For in the UK” given by The Industry. We also bagged four bronze awards in the BFFF 2016 Awards as well as winner in the Christmas SuperMeat & Fish Awards and the Olive Magazine Supermarket Awards among others.

In addition, we provide proper extensive training to help our franchisees in setting up their branch.
