HomeXperts Xpress is the online arm to your estate agency business, keeping you in the conversation when potential clients are considering fixed fee, online agents. Using our online Xpress software both you and your client can observe and manage their sale from start to finish. As the agent you will be paid when you list the property, not when you sell it.

Training and support
We’re the first franchise in the UK to include Propertymark (previously National Federation of Property Professional) qualifications as part of our franchise package, which really gives our franchisees the commercial advantage over their competitors.
Franchisees attend an industry leading two-week intensive training academy blending theory, role-play and practical elements resulting in accreditation from the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
And this support continues once the franchisee opens their business, with monthly mentoring, regular franchise meetings and annual business reviews – not to mention an award-winning online operations manual that holds hundreds of training documents and over 300 webinars and videos.
