Training

Our 5-day residential training programme for new franchisees is headed up by all of our key departments and is your welcome to the world of Prestige Nursing & Care, our purpose, our mission, our values, and most of all, everything you need to know about how our business operates.

This isn’t the only training you will receive; it is merely the formal start of your journey.

We also provide Registered Manager training courses which are mandatory for all new registered Managers appointed, this is focused around teaching the Prestige Nursing & Care way of business, thus ensuring the highest standards of Customer Service, Quality and continuity.
