Red Herring Games provides entertainment for office workers

Red Herring Games has proven popular among business owners searching for an alternative to the classic Christmas party.
At a time when most social engagements are off the cards, bosses across the world have been scratching their heads to come up with festive events to boost morale safely. Gathering in big groups, singing and drinking together is impossible in many countries, but people are getting increasingly fed up with the same old Zoom calls and group quizzes.
John Ross, president of California-based education business Test Prep Insight said,
"People are itching to see each other in person, but I also don't feel totally comfortable holding a typical dinner and open bar. And I know some Zoom-style virtual party just won't cut it."
Luckily, entertainment franchise Red Herring Games has been able to provide a solution to the socialising snag. It’s the UK’s number one murder mystery game franchise and has introduced virtual activities to keep everyone happy.
Rank Fuse, a marketing firm in Overland Park, Kansas, has opted to take part in the virtual murder mystery game in place of its usual Christmas dinner or bowling party. Culture Manager Chelsea Roller explained,
"It will likely be very silly because every employee will be given a character to play. Truthfully, we almost didn't have a company party. However, numerous people started asking about one, so we decided it was the least we could do."
According to research, the majority of companies have made huge changes to their Christmas party plans this year. In the US, just 23 percent of businesses have organised events, compared to 76 percent last December (Challenger, Gray & Christmas).
