Eight of Nicholas Humphreys’ franchises have scooped awards for their tremendous performance in 2017.
Each year, Nicholas Humphreys holds an awards ceremony to recognise the achievements of its many offices across the country, and the results are in. Eight of its franchises have taken home commendations for outstanding levels of income and their own initiatives.
The eight winners include the Reading, Hatfield, Newcastle, Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester, Durham, Portsmouth and Nottingham offices, all of which enjoyed huge success last year. Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester and Durham all won the Gold award for generating over £20,000 in one month, while Hatfield and Newcastle reached over £10,000 in one month, earning themselves a Silver award. In fact, Stoke-on-Trent won both awards – having had two outstanding months. The Reading office took home the Bronze award for achieving over £5,000 in one month.
The other awards recognise best practice in the industry.
The Manchester office won the Customer Service Award, which uses independent research to make sure it is a true representation of the service. Through mystery shopping exercises, Google reviews and complaints analysis, it was clear that Manchester offered an excellent service that’s very attentive to each and every customer.
Nottingham took home the Marketing Award. The judges were impressed by its newsletter advertising, social media use, advertising levy involvement and office and staffing. They also looked at Google reviews and Google Business.
Nicholas Humphreys created a new award for this year, the Compliancy Award. Based on the group’s auditing, the Hatfield office came out on top.
The Portsmouth office was crowned the Franchisee Newcomer of the Year. This award, sponsored by Inventory Hive, is based on pro-rata income, and the Portsmouth office has enjoyed huge success in its first year since it opened its doors. The Manchester office took home the Franchisee of the Year, which was sponsored by CFP Winman and recognises superb income levels, involvement with the advertising levy, office and staffing, how the office utilises support days and portfolio management.
One of just five estate agency franchises to have achieved full BFA membership, Nicholas Humphreys is a thriving franchise that follows best practice guidelines.
