Minuteman franchisee secures lucrative contract

Minuteman’s franchisees are continuing to flourish with new partnerships every month.
Minuteman Press’ Ashton-under-Lyne franchise has been celebrating after securing a partnership with Safety Guide UK. The company, which produces educational resources for parents and teachers to educate their children about important things such as internet safety, road safety, bullying and drugs and alcohol, was so impressed with Minuteman’s products that it has become the Ashton-under-Lyne franchise’s biggest customer.
Franchisees Graham Campbell and Ian Henderson initially produced some certificates for the company in April 2017. The products were of such a high quality that Safety Guide UK awarded the Minuteman franchise the contract for all its printed products, including t-shirts, flyers and more than 500,000 booklets every year.
Matthew Ralphs, Director of Safety Guide Ltd, commented on the positive partnership, saying "thanks to our partnership with Graham, Ian and Jane at Minuteman Press, we have produced nearly half-a-million booklets to help promote our mission to protect and educate children.”
He added that the company has been so impressed with Minuteman’s services that it’s considering using the franchise to launch its American campaign, complimenting its ability to “always go the extra mile”.
Since starting their business five years ago, Campbell and Henderson have cultivated a loyal customer base and continue to grow year on year. Campbell’s position as a member of his local BNI chapter means he’s always scouting for new business opportunities and has used his relationship with Ralphs to increase business for other members, boosting the franchise’s reputation even more.
Together with their graphic designer, Jane Hart, they continue to provide fantastic service, as Campbell explained:
“I hate using the cliché 'people buy from people they know, like and trust,' but in our case, it's certainly true. Our top customers are all looked after on a personal level."
He added that “there is no better satisfaction than the delighted look on customers’ faces” when they see their finished product.
Supported by local Area Manager Mark Heath, Campbell and Henderson have become ambassadors for the franchise in their local community and Heath said that it’s been an “absolute pleasure” to work with the two thanks to their incredible work ethic. He also congratulated the pair on scooping their seventh Minuteman Press award in just five years of trading, showing the pair’s dedication to success.
