Franchise Brands has appointed Peter Molloy as Group CEO to drive its growth strategy. Molloy, who also joins the Group’s Board, has been with the company since Franchise Brands acquired Metro Rod **in 2017, a company he joined over 20 years ago. Formerly CEO of the Water & Waste Services division, Molloy brings vast experience managing brands like Metro Rod, Metro Plumb, Willow Pumps, Filta UK, and Kemac, serving a broad range of commercial clients.

With a** customer-focused approach**, Molloy will steer the Group’s growth initiatives, oversee its four main divisions, and manage central functions. This appointment also comes as Franchise Brands considers moving from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, underscoring its expansion goals across its UK, North American, and European markets, where annualised system sales are now close to £400m.

Executive Chairman Stephen Hemsley will continue to lead the Group’s strategic development, focusing on acquisitions. Molloy said, "I am honoured to be chosen as the first Group CEO. Since joining Metro Rod over 20 years ago and having worked closely with Stephen and the Franchise Brands team since 2017, I am so proud of what we have achieved together."
