All under one roof: Century 21 UK acquires big-name estate agent

Leading property franchise Century 21 Cobham and Esher takes over Jezzards Estate Agent

The award-winning estate agency’s independently-fun franchise Cobham and Esher acquired the multi-branch property business Jezzards and it’s one of the biggest purchases in the franchise’s history.

Dylan Morrison-Cousen, owner of the Cobham office, will now be operating from the two offices. He’s made the decision to re-brand as ‘Century 21 Luxe Residential’ to keep the estate agency’s business booming by staying relevant and appealing to clients.

Morrison-Cousen explains how he came to the decision of purchasing Jezzards, saying

**“Having already built a successful business in Cobham, it was definitely the right time to expand. I met with several companies but found that Jezzards mirrored my approach the most and the standards high customer service I have, so it was an unmissable opportunity. I’m looking forward to growing their already successful business, with the added benefit of the C21 global brand and offering.”**

Chris Summers, the Head of Franchising at SDL groups - one of the UK’s largest property service group which works with Century 21 - is more than pleased with the acquisition. Providing further comment, he says **“Being the largest acquisition in our history, it’s a fantastic way to end the year on a high and gives great immediate growth to franchisee Dylan and his team.”**

Century 21 is always looking to start up new business with in its global branch, and with such a reputable name, the forecast for success is a positive one.
