Having spotted a gap in the UK market for a restaurant that brought together three elements - live sports, fantastic food and a vibrant atmosphere - the Wing Kingz model was created to bring a new concept to an already profitable sector.

Wing Kingz fuses the best elements of a sports bar with an American-inspired diner to create a unique restaurant that attracts a broad customer base, from young families to football fans. Surrounded by HD TV screens, our restaurants offer a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where customers can enjoy watching their favourite team, country or sports hero while tucking into our signature menu. From our own recipe wing flavours to burgers, wraps and sides, our menu is known for its exceptional quality.

As our brand continues to grow, we are looking for passionate, like-minded business owners to take our proven model and replicate it in local communities around the UK, with the flexibility to make it their own. We already have multiple highly successful locations offering both dine-in and takeaway and now it's time to spread our wings even further.

Training and support

We provide a comprehensive training programme

Initial training lasts five working weeks. The first ten days are dedicated to theory training, followed by three weeks of in-store training in one of our existing restaurants. Theory training will be targeted at the franchisee or store manager and will cover many topics, such as:

Your franchise launch
Ongoing promotions and marketing activities
Effective reporting and analysis
Maximising the potential of your franchise
Franchise issues and how to overcome them

From here, your 15 days spent in-store will guide you through:

Compliance
Front-of-house management
Kitchen operations
Cleaning duties
Bookkeeping
EPOS training
Stock ordering and maintenance

Once your training is complete, our support staff will also work in your store for two weeks to help you recruit and train staff ahead of your launch.

Our support doesn't end the moment you launch

We want you to soar as high as your wings can take you. That's why we offer network support from day one, giving you the best opportunity to grow and succeed. As our franchise partner, you will continue to benefit from our expertise and experience running several award-winning businesses throughout your journey with us. This includes field support, meaning 12 days a year will be spent with you and your staff at our location.

As our Wing Kingz business model is designed to work for almost anyone, there is no single ideal profile in mind. This means our franchise opportunities are open to anyone with the right attitude, ambition and skills. Ideally, you should have some experience in the food and beverage industry; however, this doesn't need to be managing your own store. Our comprehensive training and support will provide you with all the skills you need, and you will benefit from our extensive experience as you grow in your career.

We offer two Wing Kingz franchise opportunities

We will be with you every step of the way to help you as little or as much as you need. You will have the freedom to work for yourself and on your terms, and can choose your preferred management style to run your food franchise:

Franchise Owner-Operator: Take a hands-on approach and work right at the heart of your new business, leading your own team and providing a service directly to your customers.
Franchise Manager: Employ a team leader to handle the day-to-day running of your restaurant while you focus on more strategic and operational matters, perhaps even as the start of a larger long-term plan, such as developing a multi-unit portfolio.

We currently have territories in key locations across the UK

Working closely with a leading UK franchise mapping company, we have identified a large number of territories across the country that offer a prime location for a successful Wing Kingz franchise. These include major cities across the country with incredible footfall.

Your Investment

The initial investment

The initial fee to become a Wing Kingz franchisee is £25,000 (plus VAT), and this includes:

The full franchise licence and right to trade under our brand
Full training and ongoing support
Your own exclusive territory with excellent growth potential
Access to our preferred suppliers for food, alcohol, packaging, branding, etc.

The initial franchise agreement lasts for five years and is renewable, subject to criteria being met by the franchisee and in agreement with the franchisor.

There will be a number of other costs to consider, such as leasing and setting up your site, along with hiring or purchasing equipment. You will also need to ensure that you have enough working capital to cover hiring staff, purchasing supplies, and day-to-day costs while you build up your customer base in the local area.

These costs will vary depending on location, but we have prepared a detailed breakdown based on our current outlets, which we are happy to discuss further with you.

The potential earnings

Our franchise opportunities have great potential, and as part of the onboarding process, we will work closely with you to develop a detailed financial model. We will consider profit levels based on expected customers, average customer spend, and the operational expenses of running a restaurant in your area.

Once you have signed a non-disclosure agreement, we can share more in-depth financial data from our current operations. However, based on our experience to date, you can reasonably expect to be making a six-figure income from Year 2, with even higher projections for multi-unit franchises.
