Training and support
Water Babies treats its franchisees as family and as such will be given full support. Upon acceptance, the successful franchisee will undergo 300 hours of baby swimming teacher training programme both in and out of the pool. Upon completion of this training, they will obtain a nationally recognized diploma in baby swimming. We will also provide administrative and business training. Next, the new franchisee will also be taught how to scout for suitable local pools and then how to market their baby swimming franchise. Aside from business support from Head Office, the new franchise partner can also count on the support of the rest of the network.
