Training and support
At Timpsons, we have a pledge of providing our franchisees with all the resources they need to be successful with their business. On your first day with the team, you will be assigned an Area Development Manager who will serve as your mentor.
They will introduce you to the business. As a new member of the Timpson team, you will have a weekly training and as you pass each skill, you will earn a share of the branch bonus pot. A 2-day Residential Course at our facility in Wythenshawe, Manchester will be required.
You will also have on-the-job trainings at our Training Centres around the UK.
