The Investment
For an initial franchise fee of £27,000 + VAT, you will secure exclusive rights to operate within a territory with a population of approximately 25,000 individuals aged 65 and above. This exclusive territory provides a strong foundation for establishing a viable and profitable business. In addition to the franchise fee, a 5% + VAT ongoing royalty fee will be applicable on your gross revenue.
To ensure smooth operations, we would advise a working capital requirement of £93,600. Therefore, the total investment required, including the franchise fee and working capital, would amount to approximately £126,000.

• Up to 70% funding is available, subject to status. We will support you through seeking finance for your investment via 3rd party funding.

We will support you from the outset, from setting up your franchise, gaining your CQC Registration, implementing your launch package of marketing assets, through to ultimately helping you to realise your investment, when the time comes to sell.
Our Launch Package and Training will mean you start trading and generating income as soon as possible; among other things we will provide:
- One-week Induction Training with experienced staff in one of our branches
- Follow up courses along with ongoing support, including coaching and mentoring
