Training and support
Initial training is broken down into different areas of requirement and is for a minimum of 10 days in the location for the first outlet.
This proves to be invaluable as so much knowledge and insight is learned during this training period. Second and subsequent outlets will require at least 7 days training by our trainers (assessed on a subjective basis); the cost of time (charged at £400 per day), travel, subsistence and accommodation are chargeable to the franchisee. This training is conducted by fully qualified personnel.
Our operations manager is only a phone call away and will be there to help assist you closely in getting through the first few months of operation and on an ongoing basis thereafter. After the initial 3-months of trading the trainer will return to assess whether further training is required.
After that the trainer will visit your store to conduct bi-annual audits to ensure that brand standards and expectations are consistently met to deliver the best possible customer service experience.
