Rhythm Time currently has 45 franchisees across the UK offering fun, developmental music classes to over 12,000 babies, toddlers and preschoolers each week.
Rhythm Time is a highly respected and established brand providing a high quality and personable service to children and parents for over 21 years and is still growing strong.
The content of each class is in line with the government's Early Years Foundation Stage. Rhythm Time have also developed through associations with Hospitals, working with speech and language specialists and working with children with special needs. Rhythm Time continues to invest across all areas of the business and their core values are at the forefront of everything that the business does - Fun, Rewarding, Family Friendly, Nurturing, Developmental and Forward-thinking.
We undertook Smith & Henderson's Franchisee Benchmarking Survey in 2016 and our franchisees scored us 91% overall satisfaction (including 91% satisfaction for Training & Support during 2016). This was a particularly rewarding achievement as it demonstrated an increase from the 82% score we received in 2012. Kathy is particularly proud that the franchisees feel valued and respected, and that they scored us significantly higher than average across all areas - Franchise System, Culture & Relationships, Stewardship, Value & Rewards and General Satisfaction.
In 2017 our survey results showed that our franchisees scored Rhythm Time 96% overall satisfaction and in 2018 we received a delightful 99% overall satisfaction. The survey is a fantastic tool in helping Rhythm Time to shape its business model and ensuring that we have no gaps in what we offer our franchisees in helping them run successful businesses.
